E-SeaRider's warranty program is divided into 3 segments:

  • Lifetime Materials Warranty
  • No-Fault Lifetime Warranty
  • 5 Year Marine Vinyl Warranty

a) E-Sea Rider's Marine Bean Bags carry a lifetime materials warranty against defects and workmanship when used under normal conditions for specific use. This includes stitching, zipper, and handles.

b) E-Sea Rider's Marine Bean Bags carry a no-fault lifetime warranty against accidental rips, tears, snags, punctures, etc. when used under normal conditions for specific use. E-Sea Rider will repair or replace marine bean bags under these policies and conditions for the life of the product.

c) E-Sea Rider's Marine vinyl carries a 5 year warranty against normal wear including abrasions, cracking, picking, separating and/or fading when used under normal conditions for specific use.

E-Sea Rider Warranty Does Not Include:

  • Abrasions or the other defects caused by actions other than failure of a component under warranty.
  • Intentional abuse or negligence by the owner or commercial carriers.
  • Abuse of the E-Sea Rider No-Fault Warranty. E-Sea Rider repairs products we deem defective due to accidental or unavoidable damage.
  • Mold or mildew resulting from storing, stacking, or leaving marine bean bag in wet or damp conditions including: fish boxes, coolers, consoles, holds, or other containers.
  • Replacement of lost or spilled filler when containment of filler was possible.
  • Replacement of a full product when repair is possible.
  • Products damaged by improper package opening, including using sharp objects such as knives or box cutters to open packaging. E-Sea Rider will, in good faith, repair these items at a minimal cost.


Normal Conditions are described herein as:

  • The use of the product under conditions and circumstances generally accepted as normal for the product.
  • Normal wear and tear caused by extended use, sun or saltwater.

Normal conditions do not include usage that causes abrasion, abuse by carriers, overweighting or overloading, under or overfilling, or dragging the product.

Specific Use is described herein as:

  • Use in a marine boat application, not to include use in or under the water.

Returned Goods Policy and Action

If you experience a problem with an E-Sea Rider product, caused by a carrier, contact and seek restitution from the carrier first.

If the carrier will not reimburse you, or the problem is covered by E-Sea Rider warranty, contact the selling dealer and arrange to have the product returned to E-Sea Rider for repair or replacement. E-Sea Rider retains the option of repairing or replacing a defective product.

You must provide:

  • Proof of purchase to original authorized E-Sea Rider dealer or, when authorized, to E-Sea Rider.
  • Prepaid packaging to the dealer at the time of warranty return.

Dealer will:

  • Provide Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA) obtained by calling E-Sea Rider Customer Service, 888-335-3732.
  • Return product to E-Sea Rider for inspection, repair, or replacement.

E-Sea Rider will:

  • Repair, or attempt to repair, any E-Sea Rider bag regardless of warranty, at the customer's expense.

Purchaser is Liable for shipping expense to E-Sea Rider. E-Sea Rider will pay return shipping of unfilled products to their origin if product is covered under warranty. E-Sea Rider warranty is only valid when products are purchased from an authorized dealer.
